I had the opportunity to attend an NU resume workshop where I learned a ton of good information.  More importantly, I was able to understand then use the key concepts, techniques and current formatting required to have a competitive/effective resume.  It helped me land three key interviews and progress towards my goals. The person leading and teaching the workshop was Mrs. Denise Ingledue-Lopez.  She did an absolutely amazing job!  How?  Simple.  She demonstrated an enthusiastic commitment, clear mission focus and achievable learning objectives.  She reinforced her instruction with real-world examples and solicited attendee feedback/questions. It was perfectly tailored -- in scale and scope -- for the scheduled time and audience size.  I was impressed to the point where, a few weeks later, I asked for a few resume appointments (through Handshake) to review the three resume drafts.  Needless to say I learned a few more things during those appointments (like how to do auto-formatting, spacing, action-verb and key-word implementation, etc.).

I cannot express how much I appreciate the resume workshop and the value provided by Mrs. Ingledue-Lopez's expert services. Quick frankly, I would not be able to afford that level of expertise if NU did not provide it.  

Please consider this as a sincere THANK YOU and genuine feedback on a job very well done.  I intend to pay it forward with other people I encounter... and maybe even sponsor at least two deserving NU undergrad students after I complete law school in 5-7 more years.
